Hillsten IR is an independent Swedish financial communications consultancy, based in Stockholm, focusing on quality of advice and high levels of service. Area of expertise and knowledge is in corporate communication, specialized in capital markets as well as CSRD.
We will support the executive management, the board and owners with Investor Relations, Strategy in Communications, Financial Reporting, Crisis Management, regulatory PR, IPOs readiness.
We are a team that has been well established for many years. I have solid experience in strong company growth, digital transformation, and operational IR/PR work, as well as challenges arising in company mergers. I have deep-rooted experience in strategic communication as well as knowledge and insights from dealing with financial markets on a daily basis.
My background from many years management in C-level positions and leadership experience helps me understand company’s challenges and priorities, as well as appreciate what room you have to maneuver. Best practices in corporate governance and sustainable value creation are natural elements in my advisory deliveries.
I’m a dynamic, analytical, and highly result-oriented individual who is used to working with financial models and transformational leadership, while possessing a strong social competence and an ability to initiate, develop and maintain high-level client relationships. My main experience is from fast growing companies, disruptive businesses, and digital transformation.

Jessica Bärnarp has more than 17 years of experience in graphical design with focus on financial communications units such as quarterly and annual reports.
"I keep a holistic perspective when I create our design and concepts. Key is to have clear objectives, a visual identity and a communication strategy creating brand consistency. Many years of working with both digital and print design has given me valuable insights and has enabled me to work through the entire process from idea to final product. Working with a variety of clients has given me solid experience and knowledge in how to structure the work process that best suits a client’s needs. Key is to carefully listen to the client and to understand their vision, business core and what to communicate.
